You may be here because you are contemplating how to make healthy changes for yourself or work through something difficult in your life. Perhaps you have concerns about a relationship, the emotional well-being of a loved one, a child's behavior, or how your family functions. Change in these areas can be unfamiliar and challenging, and some individuals and families find it helpful to partner with an experienced professional during this process. It is an honor for me to join clients on this journey.

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families, and have experience with issues that are typically encountered at some point in our lives - sadness, worry, grief, loss, and conflict. I also work with children of all ages, and their parents, on issues specific to childhood development, including emotion regulation, behavior shaping, and attachment. I developed a specialization in working with children's issues because I believe that early therapeutic intervention can significantly change the quality of one's life.
